Imported licenced Westphalian stallion Larry De La Bryere Last Step - 20-03-1990, 1.68m, bay. Larry De La Bryere Last Step was imported to South Africa as a three year old from Germany. He comes from a line of very successful showjumpers including - Landgraf 1,by Ladykiller from his sire line and Cor De La Bryere, Damolkes and Alchimist on his dam's side. "Steps" competed very successfully in both International grade A showjumping and Elementary dressage. He won the South African leg of the FEI World Cup Showjumping Championship in 2003 as well the South African Outdoor Grand Prix. He has tremendous cadence in all his paces added to this he has an awesome jump which is very neat and correct, a trait he passes on to all his progeny. "Steps", who was renowned in competitive circles for his quiet, friendly personality is nicknamed "the gentleman". He has a well set on neck with a good length of rein and strong bone. "Steps" passes on his active paces and huge jump as well as his quiet demeanor to all his progeny. Many of his offspring are successfully competing in both the showjumping and dressage arenas.
